Full Week Life Change Courses
are available on the following dates,
based on a Thursday arrival and departure
The course schedule is flexible, depending on the group size and local conditions.
Thursday is arrival and departure day with dinner at 7.30.
Course days are Friday, Saturday, Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday. On these days we start with yoga, a key part of the course process. After breakfast we start the course work, with breaks until lunch time. Food Options
The overall course content consists of presentations, Audio and/or video material, processes, and discussion. The rest of the day will be taken up by beach visits, free time, instructional and entertainment DVDs and optional therapies which you can reserve in advance on your booking form. The format is intentionally flexible as each group / week is different.
The Course Fee for the Life Change Week is €350 which includes 5 small group yoga sessions, usually with Lynne. Flights and Accommodation are not included in the course fee Non-Resident’s Week’s Course Price, €450
Long Weekend Life Change Introduction Course
Arriving Thursday. Course on Friday Saturday, Depart Thursday
The short introduction course has been included since we know that there is interest in a short period of escape when time and/or funds are limited.
Additionally this allows anyone who is curious about the course scope to take part in a 2 day opener, based on the above format. Thereafter you can take away suggested follow up material but there is no substitute for the processes which help cement the changes you want to make. Subject to availability and flight rearrangements you can extend your stay to take in the whole week. Of course, it is possible to come another time and enjoy the full week course then.
The Course Fee for the Introduction Life Course including 2 small group yoga sessions is €200. Non-Resident’s Price, €250
